The Harbarrowboy apparently drafted it earlier this year. But after he finally packed his bags for Mar Menor, he forgot that he had left it on his office computer in the Fun Palace.
Sharp-eyed readers will notice that Jase has left question marks against the number of his staff and budget. These were obviously irrelevant details.
We will leave you to make the appropriate comments in response to the bullshit and lies he tells.
And don't forget - this man fucked up so badly that he has left a £20million hole in the Capital of Culture budget. The Lib Dem city council has just paid him £250,000 as a reward.
ENJOY.

"RAPID CAREER PROGRESSION"
Using the Strategy that its much more difficult to hit a moving target no doubt.
Strong finacial mangement is true albeit in the wrong fucking direction !
I CAN DO THAT GIZ A JOB??
This is better fiction than any of the airport pot boilers that Jase has leafed through on his way to the hacienda.
I thought he was interested in ukele and cleanin windaas
Is it not the fault of the appointments panel for giving this person such responsibility?
How did he go from being a failed commercial director for The Capital of Culture Company to being an Executive Director of the city council?
Are they blind or just stupid?
we trust these people to appoint the best they have failed so they should be removed from position.
Or do we give them a pay off too for failing?
I note he mentions the rugby world cup and the record attendance.
Is it widely known that he worked on this with his partner in crime none other than Chris Green (his ops director in Coc) and they did achieve record attendance - the lowest ever in a rugby world cup.
This is demonstrated in the fact that he did not work on the event the following years.
In addition the Welsh Development agency along with Visit wales had to bail the opening event out in The Millennium Stadium do your research these two have been charletans for some time.
He appears to have missed out how he sold T shirts and Key rings at major sporting events.
He is a trinket salesman and a stranger to the truth.
He had planned his exit strategy right in front of Bradley's nose and walked away with a big fat cheque.
He took the city for a ride he was never going to deliver he could not he is not capable.
Could they not sense what he was up too?
He was never in work always in Spain he sold his house and took up Spanish residency he bought a business in Spain, did they not think that he was about to do a runner?
What CEO goes on the sick for three months? Its what you would expect from very low level staff.
He took the piss out of Storey and Bradley for 4 years, being given promotion after promotion simply because he told his superiors what they wanted to hear- yes sir!.
He took them all to the cleaners because they are gutless fools.
Roll on the may elections!
I think the jase guy has a memory problem, in his blog Nov 2 2007. He said he was a useless tosser at school could only do rugby and was good at running in athletics, (seems it also meant at running away when it got a bit uncomfortable) However he left school with owt, started as a YTS swimming poolside cleaner/attendant. Now explain the 11 O levels and Diplomas and the Leisure Industry Senior managers positions in the 15 years he claims he was at the cutting edge of major events, Is he really only 36 years! old.Or is this another fib....
